Check the box for "I agree to pay future charges, when I authorize them, according to card issuer agreement."
Click "Submit for Processing"

As a convenience, you may pre-register a credit card on the submission page to charge your purchases at event One Promise Gala Philadelphia 2018.

I authorize Breakthrough T1D - Greater Delaware Valley - 4574 to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event One Promise Gala Philadelphia 2018. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
