Thank you for your interest in playing in the 2021 Meltzer Foundation Invitational on June 7th at Tavistock Country Club.

Due to high demand, we have reached our full capacity for the 2021 Meltzer Foundation Invitational. Registration is currently closed. If you have any question, please reach out to the event coordinator Mikaila Ryan at mryan@jdrf.org directly.

Spots are limited, and are on first come first serve basis.

This year’s tournament has special meaning for me, as this year marks my 70th year since being diagnosed with T1D. To mark this milestone, I am planning to match any Sponsorships up to $70,000 in total dollars!

All of the matched dollars will go directly to research initiatives through Fund A Cure! Thanks to the research advances funded by JDRF, children and adults like myself will live longer, healthier and more independent lives.
